Dapingpu Chinese mustard
Varity source and spread:Main varity at chenghai district,guangdon(our hometown).Spread mainly at chaoshan area and some city.
Characterict:Plant half straight,height 35cm,open 70*75cm.Leaf oval,length 40cm,wieth 55cm,dark green.Wave shape at leaf margin,all split at the root.Skin at the leaf.Light green at stalk,length about 12cm,wiedth about 14cm with wax power,half round at the cross section.Green-whte,solo head weight about 1-2kg,Solo weight about 2.5-3.0kgs.
Feature:early-mature,about 85-100days from growing to harvest.Resistant to heat,widely adaptable.soft skin of leaf,less fibre,good quality.For fresh or pickling to saucerkraut
Culitivate point:Plant at July-Nov,suitable sowing time from late Aug to Sep,seedling about 25-30days,harvest at Nov to last Jan.Line space is about 60cm by 40-50cm.Use enough base fertilizer,about 4-5time all the period.Yield about 60000-75000kg per hm2.
